Terms & Conditions
- All the rates are subjects to 10% service charge and 15% VAT, Non - Smoking Rooms are available.
- Please provide any photocopy of National ID card or Passport during registration. Check in time : 02.00 PM, Check out Time : 12:00 PM.
- Additional breakfast will be charged at applicable rates.
- Normally only two (2) persons are permitted per room. However, in some rooms an extra bed may be provided for one more person in which case a charge of TK. 1,600++ (2,024/-) will be charged.
- Early Check in Policy: Subject to availability. Normal Check-in time is 2 PM.
- Late Checkout Policy: Subject to availability. If room is available, half day will be charged up to 6 PM and full day after that.
- Guests are advised to reserve rooms in advance. One night room rent must be paid in advance for the Resort to confirm a room. This advance is non-refundable. Rooms booked without advance will be subject to availability.
- There are no provision for Drivers and "Ayahs". However, we can arrange rooms for Drivers in other places (cost approximately Tk.800 per room) if we are notified in advance.
- We can arrange pick and drop to and from the Bus Stop, Railway Station and Airport. There will be charge for transportation.
